How long does the process take?
Most cases are reviewed within 3–5 weeks depending on complexity and responsiveness of both parties.
What documents should I prepare?
Trading statements, order IDs, screenshots or emails, and any correspondence related to the case.
What is the Compensation Fund?
An extra layer of protection for eligible decisions, up to €20,000 per complaint. See the Compensation Fund page for rules.
How do I start?
First contact your broker. If not resolved within 14 days or you receive an unsatisfactory response, submit a complaint to us.
